- Puff pastry sheets
- 52 apples
- 16 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1 T confectioners sugar
- Brown sugar as needed
- Cinnamon as needed
- 1. Juice apples with a juicer
- 2. Reduce apple juice on the stove until thick, add a teaspoon of brown sugar and go from there (It’s already very sweet)
- 3. Cut puff pastry sheets into 1.5” squares
- 4. Bake at 350 until risen and lightly brown; cook until they are not gooey or doughy in the middle
- 5. Using a mixer mix the heavy cream, sugar, and some apple reduction together until a whipped consistency is reached
- 6. Dice apples, saute in butter until desired doneness
